I am heartsick. A policeman has been shot and killed in Craigavon. Another dissident republican group, the Continuity IRA, has claimed responsibility this morning. The authorities think it was a setup; that he and his colleagues were lured into a trap by a false 999 call.

The whole situation could so easily slip back to where it was several years ago if these dissident republican groups are not stopped. Ordinary people need to make their views and voices heard. Sinn Féin has been making progress through the peace process and needs to use all its influence to stop this now.
