It is a quiet day. Neither of us seems inclined to do much of anything. I think we’re both still a bit stunned about the house yesterday, quietly gnawing on the problem of how to make it affordable. Even with the work. Or maybe he’s thinking about the work to be done. I didn’t see the basement, so I don’t really know how large a problem that is. The rest of it, aside from the electrical question, is without a doubt, a lot of work, but given that the house is livable, could be handled one room at a time.
