She watched the group from the doorway at the inn, and knew they saw her. It didnít seem they were actually settling down into the rows of chairs, nor did they show any sign of doing so anytime soon, and with no other means of coordinating with them, she opened the door and stepped out: it was time to get the show on the road before it rained. Walking at a leisurely place Ė in part to make sure she didnít trip in her somewhat slippery, never-worn-before dressy sandals Ė she gave them time to notice her and to take their places.
