So I looked up diftitox, and wow. It's a combination of IL-2 and the diphtheria toxin. It kills cancer cells.  Lymphoma cells have a lot of IL-2 receptors (think forks sticking out of them). This is where the IL-2 part binds (think the cheese that sticks to these forks) and finds entry. Then the toxin does what toxins do: destroys from within!
