We’re paranoid about rain.

When our first builder went broke shortly after we’d demolished our half-house we were left to deal with the exposed party wall and compromised roof of our neighbours. When the new builder commenced, they were flooded no less than seven times.

With the new house ‘completed’ we’ve had no less than six leaks and numerous attempts to fix it. Now we’ve had the rear courtyard concreted ready for paving only to discover the drainage level against the rear bedroom sliding door is flush with the floor inside. The installer promises there’s nothing to worry about.

Really???
