Dear Talker: Be quiet. Okay, so this is not to say that you lose your robust personality and articulate capacity to communicate your thoughts, feelings and activities of life. By no means is there any expectation that you ever will lose your pizazz for social butterfly-ness. Here’s the thing: there is much to be gained when you access the quieter side of yourself. Have a retreat day, hour or weekend of some silence. It might be much harder than using your words, but it is exactly what will open up your senses and a deeper tranquility. Love, You.
