A truly bizarre sushi-filled evening. Thanks to the wonders of Friends Reunited, Carl managed to meet up with a bloke he went to school with, 20 years ago. Clive, for that be his name, is nothing like what I'd expect Carl's friends to be like, he's very chirpy and outgoing, and is now an actor. He was a lot of fun, chatted a lot with both of us, about all the silly things they got up to when they were about 10! Strange to me, since it puts Carl is a sort of context which I've never known before.
