I get a call from a real estate agent. I have not talked to a real estate agent in two decades. I am thinking to buy a place. I have no idea what kind of place to buy, but the prices are low, which would make a house a good place to put money. I am not, however, one of those people who think houses are always a good investment. For one thing, the tax advantages donít necessarily accrue to me the way they do to others. Still the agent mentions a couple interesting places with seemingly ridiculously low prices.
