I don't laugh. The man says, My name is Joe Beck with Coastal Copy Supply. I know immediately what he is calling for. He wants us to try his business' services. I am prepared with my speech to get him off the phone but he asks about the weather. Is it snowing down there? He asks. I say yes, to his disappointment.
