Swine flu. Swine flew. Swine flu flew.

It’s also called hog flu, pig flu, pork flu, sausage flu and bacon flu, according to Wikipedia. Now we call it H1N1 Flu so people won’t be afraid to buy pork like they were to buy beef during the Mad Cow thing. Mad Cow is now the code word for Alzheimer’s, by the way.

I’m mainly bored by it since I don’t think it will affect me or mine. It is an “out there” disease. Like SARS. SARS happened far away. And it was preventable by standard hygiene practices.
